Remembering You

Sometimes the road to coming back home within the heart is smooth. Other times the road is filled with obstacles. Through listening to your heart, inner voice, body, and feelings you will be shown the roadmap to undoing all that is not you and coming back to all that is you. Continue to clear daily, wash all the burdens away, so that the light that is you may come right through and heal you.  Watch as you start to remember ALL that you ARE.  And see how you are within everything.  Everything is within you.

The RoadMap to You…

Is the journey of life. It is written in the stars and the roots of our ancestors. It is within the heart, where our connection to the Source within, and The Source of ALL THAT IS. This journey involves paying attention to where our hearts want to go, to follow the lighter and happier feeling that is fulfilling to our souls. It is a continuous practice of discernment, presence, awareness, and trust in surrendering the egoic thoughts that hinder you from taking risks to follow what makes you happy. One way to practice this is by imagining yourself doing something and tuning in to how your body feels. Does it feel lighter? Do you have excited “nerves”? Do you feel the edges of your mouth moving upward into a natural smile? Or do you feel a sharp pang in your heart? Resistance? A recoil?

Your body, heart, feelings, and inner voice will give you messages as you practice this technique. This technique can be used to help guide you on what food your body needs to eat, what supplements to take, where to go, move, and more. This helps strengthen your connection to yourself in every now moment. Keep following the lighter feeling and you will remember more of yourself. Have the intention to do so and do your inner work to feel to heal. Take it one step at a time.

Maybe journal down your progress so you have data to prove to your mind that although it does not know the future, it just needs to surrender to the heart’s guidance. Your discernment and awareness will enhance with this practice. Once you take the actions you will receive information about whether your “feeling” was from the heart or mind. The mind leads you to contemplate questions such as: “What if? or Should I?”. The moment you attach yourself to those questions, you are not in your heart but in your mind. Take a few long breaths in from your nose (expanding your belly) and out from your mouth to recenter to your heart and tune in again to your guidance ( your feelings, body, heart, and inner voice).

After taking action with your guidance your body will give you immediate feedback on whether that was the (highest) “best” to do at that time. All experiences are positive in that there is always something to learn, although there are some life lessons you do not have to go through if you follow your guidance in the first place. But this is the roadmap of life, of remembering you. It can take however long you desire and is based on the choices you make. As you go throughout life, remember that you are always guided, supported, loved, and protected through it all. You can always talk to Source ( God, the Light).

Be compassionate with yourself in all aspects. It is only “hard” to the mind but easy to the heart. We all have a natural inclination to connect with Source. I am rooting for you and wish you all the best on your journey.

Sending my love.
